WHEN YOUR AD WILL RUN
Ads will run one time between Monday and Sunday in each participating newspaper. Exact publication date is at the discretion of the newspapers.
DEADLINES
All ads and payments are due at our office by noon on the Wednesday prior to the week you want your ad to be published.
CALCULATING YOUR COST
The cost of a statewide ad is $375 for the first 25 words, with each additional word costing $12. Telephone numbers count as one word. City addresses that include house numbers and street or post office box numbers count as two words. Zip codes count as one word. Web addresses count as one word.
HOW TO PAY
Due to the very low cost of these statewide classified ads, we do not send bills. All ads must be paid for in advance, either by check or credit card. Both VISA and MasterCard are accepted.
AFFIDAVITS AND GUARANTEES
SCNN closely monitors the participating newspapers. Upon advanced request, SCNN will issue an affidavit and sample tearsheets confirming placement of your ad. Although ads normally run in every participating newspaper, SCNN cannot guarantee that your ad will run in all newspapers. We do guarantee that your ad will run in at least 90% of the participating newspapers per insertion order.
